We offer a £1.99 standard UK delivery charge on your whole order.
Please allow up to 24 hours after order for dispatch (excluding bank holidays). Orders before 8pm will be dispatched the next day. All items dispatched will be via Royal Mail 1st Class (2-4 Days).
Our policy lasts 30 days, this is to ensure you have adequate time to return a product for exchange or refund. This is from the date of purchase, allowing you enough time to return the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that we will not refund the original delivery charge (£1.99) and you will be liable to cover the returns delivery charge (unless the item is faulty).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please ensure the item(s) that you intend to return is not visibly worn, with the original tags attached. The item must not be damaged, marked in any way with make-up, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or is in any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We aim to deal with all refunds and exchanges within 7 days upon receipt. If you are requesting a refund, please allow 5 working days from receipt at our office for the payment to be refunded by your original payment method (this may be dictated by your bank or card issuer and can vary).
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. You may be asked to provide a photo of the item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 11 Crooke Lane Bradford GB BD150LL.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 11 Crooke Lane Bradford GB BD150LL
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty).
We advise obtaining a proof of sending/receipt of sending (free of charge).
